To Bob,Brian,Mary, Barbara and your families, I was so sorry to hear about Aunt Marion. We all loved her so much. As a young child, I was fascinated with everything about her- her great stories about the family,her wonderful way of bringing out the fun in everything, and that she was a golfer - it was very cool for a girl from Queens, NY to have an aunt who played golf. I will miss her deeply. She was a great role model who inspired me to be a strong,independent woman with a 'can do' attitude. My thoughts and prayers are with you. With my deepest regrets, Kathleen

One thing that is embedded in my mind forever is the attempted trip to Florida aboard the “MANYEN”. We managed to get as far as Thunderbolt Georgia just north of the Florida line. God bless Mrs. Geary for attempting such a feat with two teenagers. What an unforgettable experience that was.

Marion Geary has a spot in my memories and in my heart. I remember her from Portsmouth Transit bus-riding through Williams Court, a protective mother.
She charmed me with wit when I was a young recently married man. She was delightful.
