Christopher "Chris" Scott Sublett, of Lanexa, VA and formerly of Norfolk, VA, passed away February 6, 2010.
A native of Norfolk, VA, he was an Electrician with Power Electric and had served his apprenticeship with J.C. Driskill, Inc.
He is survived by his wife, Linda A. Sublett; his daughter, Breanna L. Sublett; his parents, Travis G. and Katherine W. Sublett; his brother, Travis D. "Bean" Sublett; four uncles; five aunts; ten cousins and spouses including his special cousin, Michael Jeffery Jeffcoat; sister-in-law, Laura and Jay Hopper; brother-in-law, David and Lee-An Felkins; four nieces; and mother-in-law, Ann Felkins. He was predeceased by paternal grandparents, Travis and Frances Sublett; his maternal grandparents, Hurley and Beveridge Wood; and an uncle, Michael Wood.
A funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 8 p.m. at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to any branch of Bank of America, C/O Linda Sublett for the Breanna Lynn Sublett Education Fund.
